Within how many days can I request a return?

You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order.

What conditions must a return meet?

The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

How do I request a return?

You can request a return by sending an email to Info@inspr-amsterdam.nl . Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.

Where should I send my return?

After your return is approved, you will receive a return label from us with instructions and the return address. The return address is not shared in advance.

What should I do if my item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via email so that we can resolve the problem.

Which items cannot be returned?

Items purchased during the sale, with a discount, or with gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible. The fastest way is to return the item first and then place a new order as soon as the return has been approved.

What happens if I want to exchange a discounted item?

Discounted or reduced-price items are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange for a different size and it is available, we will send it to you. If the size is out of stock, you will receive a personal discount code worth the amount paid.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a notification after receipt and inspection of your return. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 working days .
